OSCR's Integrated Reporting consultation is proposing changes to the annual monitoring programme for charities registered in Scotland.  The main aims are to improve access to information about charities, focus OSCR's risk based approach to monitoring and assessment, and help OSCR be more efficient.  To achieve these aims, OSCR plans to revise its annual monitoring programme, make changes to the charity register, and introduce online facilities for charities, allowing them to update information and file annual reports online.
