On 16 November 2009 the Scottish Government launched a consultation on policy options for a new form of incorporation for Scottish charities, developed by the SCIOs Working Group. The consultation is accompanied by a shorter guide and a separate response form. All are available on the Scottish Government website or by contacting the Charity Law Team.
